terms of service

If you commission me, it means that you have read and are in full compliance with these terms:

GENERAL TERMS

  • I own full rights to the finished product, not the buyer

  • I have the right to decline a commission for any reason

  • My products are only for personal use, not commercial

  • I may share completed commissions on social media. Please discuss with me beforehand if you are not comfortable with this!

  • Image references or descriptions are required and highly appreciated!

  • I do not permit my art to be used as NFTs/AI

PROCESS & DELIVERY

  • Place your order by completing the commission form

  • I will contact you to confirm the order and send an invoice

  • Once I've received full payment, I will begin your commission and notify you

  • There are 3 stages in my drawing process: Lineart → Colouring → Rendering. You will receive image previews of each stage. Before I proceed to the next stage, you need to confirm that you like what you see, so please keep in contact! Otherwise, your commission will be put on hold

  • Comms can be completed in 5-6 weeks after payment (this may vary)

  • Final product is solely digital and will be sent via google drive link on email in full resolution (300 dpi)

REVISIONS

  • Major edits (for eg. changing the pose or composition) can be suggested once during the Rough Lineart and Colouring stages - free of charge.

  • 3 minor fixes at any stage are also accepted for free. For major revisions to the finished artwork, a fee will be charged accordingly!

PAYMENT

  • Payments must be made IN FULL via PayPal invoice in USD (plus a $5 or more transfer fee depending on the price of the comm). The invoice will include the full price breakdown

  • Prices can change based on complexity. Please review the commissions info page for more details on pricing. Contact me if you need any further clarification!

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Absolutely no refunds are allowed after I've gone into Stage 2 (colouring) of your commission. So please be certain!

  • Full refund is warranted if you cancel before I begin drawing

  • A partial refund of 50% can be given if you cancel during the lineart phase

I DRAW

  • Real people

  • OCS/ fanart

  • Human hybrids for eg: humans with animal characteristics, or fantasy occult (vampires, witches, mermaids etc.)

  • Artistic nudity

I DON'T DRAW

  • Problematic art

  • Extreme gore and violence

  • Furries/animals

  • Mecha

  • Any unconsented NSFW requests

COPYRIGHT / USAGE

I, wickesdt, reserve all rights to the commissioned piece, not the consumer. As such, I can use my product as self-promotion on any media platform in any way I desire (unless the client is against this, which needs to be mentioned privately).The consumer is permitted to use the final piece for personal use as long as credit is given, for example: for social media. However, they are NOT allowed to do the following without my consent:

  • Claim my work as their own or erase my signature

  • Profit from my artwork commercially

  • Trace or make changes to my artwork

  • Use my work to train AI models

Committing the acts above is copyright infringement and will result in the client being blacklisted from future commissions.
